Après plus de dix ans, Farah retourne dans sa ville natale, Tripoli, au Liban, pour vivre avec son père veuf et âgé, Mustapha. C’est sa dernière chance de faire partie du monde de son père, même si ce ne peut être qu’à travers le seul langage qu’il comprend : la poésie.

Born in Tripoli, Lebanon, Farah graduated from ALBA University with a Bachelor’s degree in AudioVisual,and completed a Master’s degree in documentary filmmaking at DocNomads in Portugal, Hungary, and Belgium. Her filmography includes award-winning short documentaries that competed in Visions du Réel, Warsaw Film Festival, DOK Leipzig, Dubai International Film Festival, and many others. Her upcoming debut feature documentary, »We are inside », has participated at international pitching forums. It was awarded the best rough-cut project at IDFA Forum and the IFT Prize at Carthage Film Festival’s Atelier Takmil. Farah is pursuing her doctoral research in the Arts at KU Leuven in Belgium.
